Our goal is to improve patient outcome and decrease the risk of post-operative surgical deficits. Our primary purpose in the operating room is to protect each patient through intraoperative neuromonitoring and deliver the highest standard of care. Each patient is treated with individual, specific techniques and tests that directly relate to their physiological status and individual needs. During surgery, any neurophysiological change that develops is communicated to the surgeon in a timely fashion so that he/she can make necessary adjustments to protect the patient and avoid permanent neural damage.
