National Neuromonitoring provides internal training through our Fellowship Program. The Fellowship Program consists of a 3-month intensive training program geared at preparing technicians to enter the OR and perform intraoperative neuromonitoring services as well as preparing individuals for the CNIM Board Exam.  Every fellow from our fellowship program is required to be CNIM eligible within one year including stringent, in-house testing to ensure proficiency. After successful completion of the Fellowship Program, the trained technician will strictly be shadowing cases in the OR as they continue to study and prepare to take the CNIM exam.
